Will these coasters scratch my table?
All coasters come with adhesive bumpers underneath to protect both the coaster and the table top.
Not to worry, just wipe it off with a damp cloth, do not wash your coasters. All coasters have a protective sealer in the grout to avoid it from crumbling if water is spilt on it.
What happens if water is spilt on my coaster?
Yes, of course. So long as your friend has the tag as proof, they will be eligible for the 10% discount.
Can I give my 10% discount to a friend?
Unfortunately, we do not do refunds but will happily exchange the product if the complaint is lodged within 3 days of receipt and the original product is returned within 14 business days (at your own expense). Upon receiving the original product an inspection will be conducted to ensure it is still in good, working, condition. Your new product will then be delivered to you within 14 business days.
What is your refund policy?
Delivery within Cape Town depends on the area. Outside of Cape Town a R99 fee will be added for shipping costs via PostNet or own pick up can be arranged without costs.
